Summary:
The Project Manager performs a wide range of complex duties with the highest degree of skill, confidentiality and judgment. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities for the company projects including, but not limited to: processing and monitoring project status. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute solar construction projects on time and within budget.

Coordinate with sales team on handoff (reviewing information from sales and contract/proposals) and pass on to design team.
Evaluate, maintain, and improve vendor/partner relationships.
Oversee design and ensure design/permitting timelines are met.
Manage internal operations process software to ensure project level overview and tracking.
Regular invoice creation and submission to ensure revenue goals are met within project timelines.
Multiple daily entries in CRM, spreadsheets, calendars and all other internal tracking systems

Qualifications:

1-2 years direct solar project coordinator experience and 1 year project management experience
Direct management experience/certification
Familiarity with all aspects of the solar installation process including site assessments, planning, permitting and PTO with various utilities
Solution-oriented
Strong computer skills required and the ability to learn new software
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Must be organized and detail-oriented

Solar Inspection Coordinator
Status: Full-time
Pay Rate: $20-$25/Hourly

PV Design Engineer
Status: Full-time

A solar engineer is a professional who specializes in using sunlight to generate electricity. Summary:

A Project Funding Coordinator is responsible for preparing building permit submittal packages, as well as coordinating the efficient submittal, approval, and retrieval from jurisdictions.

Summary:

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing all inventory in the warehouse and ensuring accurate accounting of all supplies. They shall ensure it is well-organized by being appropriately stocked and labeled.

Responsible for multiple aspects of inventory control required to maintain an effective par-level replenishment in vehicle units/warehouse.
Conducts inventory counts, inputs inventory data into the Materials Management information system, puts supplies away in proper inventory locations and maintains neat and orderly par-level stocking locations.
Performs inventory counts of solar equipment and other supplies maintained in par-level locations.
Accurately performs counts of one hand quantities to restore supply levels to their designated par-level.

Interconnection Manager
Status: Full-time
Pay Rate: $25,000 – $80,000

Summary:

Interconnection Project Managers are responsible for the management of the interconnection process in target markets across the US. This position is critical for execution of the company’s development initiatives and overall interconnection process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Effectively train and manage utility coordinators.
Be the point of contact for all utility coordination on transmission level interconnection projects by supporting various DEPCOM project execution teams by defining, tracking and executing all interconnection related tasks.
Lead utility coordination meetings on behalf of the project and often take a lead role of representation for the project manager.
Responsible for review of all interconnection documents including, Interconnection Agreement, Handbook and applicable standards.
Manage scope of work delineations between the Utility and DEPCOM and managing coordination between DEPCOM internal resources, outside consultants and subcontract partners.
Execution planning, creating project schedules, work breakdown structures, division of responsibilities and written narratives for each assigned project.
Report on a weekly basis to individual Project Managers/Project Owners with details on status, schedule and risk items
Excellent Customer Service – 3 Way Calls with SCE and customers, preexisting solar information.
Proficiency with construction plans
- Minor modifications to Single Line Diagrams
- Extracting electrical and solar information.
Accurate preparation of PG&E, SDG&E, SCE, LADWP, Moreno Valley, Glendale Utility, etc.
Work closely with a variety of utility portals and manage interconnection applications.
Work with utility company/Engineers to correct PTO deficiencies within 48 hours of issuance.
Coordinate with utility companies for timely Permission to Operate.
Self-manage workload.
Understanding of entire Solar pipeline procedure
Track all expenses and upload receipts to bank portal.
Previous solar experience and/or knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create or interpret the solar panel installation plans, mapping out the steps of the installation and where all the components will be installed.
Assemble the solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, and install all relative equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
Perform trenching, concrete work
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair solar panel systems, including the solar collectors, concentrators, batteries, pumps, fans, or support structure.
Do all electrical work needed to connect solar system to electric grid. This includes proper grounding systems, controls, and all testing necessary.
Weatherproof the solar installation in accordance with local safety regulations and the specifications of the manufacturer.
Candidates should be comfortable working in both a Residential and Commercial Settings,

Required Experience:

2-4 years’ solar experience preferred
MUST have a reliable phone
Willingness to work long hours, often in unpleasant weather conditions, especially when making repairs to damaged lines.
A high degree of precision working with minimum tolerances required. The high degree of attention and care required to prevent injury to others when responsible for the flow of electrical power. Exposed to high voltage electricity.
